Vrksa Collection - Center Table I (2018) Artcraft by Raka Studio

The Vrksa centre table I explores the capabilities of wood when stretched to its natural limits. Wood continues to take organic form while creating distinct natural patterns from one end to the other.

The design goes as far as nature allows it to and due to which the viewer can have a true sense of how nature uses different curves and bends to show the nakedness of a true design.

The inspiration behind the Vrksa collection is the shape of nature. It possess symmetry in the details but is relieved of the same when viewing it in a bigger environment. Nature has kept itself free from the prevalent designs and angles that are used in the designs. We have tried to match this quality by keeping a free form of design and allowing the nakedness of wood to dictate each curve and angle.
