Escultor, pintor y dibujante nacido en Mérida ( Badajoz ) en 1948. Autodidacta. Entre 1973 y 1982 residió en Sant Celoni ( Barcelona ) , espacio de tiempo durante el cual realizó varias exposiciones en el Ayuntamiento de Sant Celoni y en diversas salas barcelonesas. Con anterioridad a su marcha a Extremadura y después de su regreso, dio también a conocer su obra en Mérida, Badajoz, Cáceres y Lisboa. Cultivó la escultura en terracota y bronce, así como la pintura al óleo y varios procedimientos de dibujo. Su estilo oscila entre el expresionismo más o menos estilizado de sus esculturas y la inspiración corrosiva y surreal de algunas de sus pinturas y dibujos. En unas y otras formulaciones se aprecia el denominador común de un talante testimonial de crítica, una denuncia de la marginación, la injusticia, el terror nuclear y los desequilibrios sociales que acosan el mundo contemporáneos, esa civilización tecnológica cuyos grandes logros parecen volverse contra el hombre y amenazarlo con el más incierto y oscuro devenir.
