Cotehele House and Quay are a beautiful spot to visit on the banks of the river Tamar in Cornwall. Owned by the National Trust this group of buildings incorporates both the old lime kilns and the Edgcumbe tea rooms (formerly an old Inn).

Cotehele House and Quay are a beautiful spot to visit on the banks of the river Tamar in Cornwall. Owned by the National Trust this group of buildings incorporates both the old lime kilns and the Edgcumbe tea rooms (formerly an old Inn).
I was heavily influenced by parents who were always painting and sketching on holiday so I naturally followed suit and experimented with oils and acrylics before concentrating on watercolours. I belong to two[...]
I was heavily influenced by parents who were always painting and sketching on holiday so I naturally followed suit and experimented with oils and acrylics before concentrating on watercolours. I belong to two local art groups in Devon, England and regularly show at exhibitions. I am fortunate to be able to accept commissions and sell my paintings, prints and cards at local galleries and retail outlets. My paints are always with me on holiday (which is often in Italy) and I am regularly visiting Dartmoor National Park, which is on my doorstep and a continuous source of inspiration.
