Né le 2 mai 2006, Oscar Latargez (appelé plus communément "Oskart") est un jeune artiste cubiste passionné par l’expression visuelle.
À l’âge de 14 ans et après un cursus scolaire classique, il a entamé des études en graphisme pour se rapprocher de son rêve artistique. Il rejoindra alors l’Institut Saint-Luc, à Tournai. En parallèle de ses études, il crée et expose ses œuvres si particulière lors d’événements artistiques locaux et sur les réseaux sociaux.
En plus du dessin, Oskart adore l'écriture, percevant cet art comme un échappatoire. Son premier ouvrage, chez la maison d’édition Le Lys Bleu, intitulé «La Biographie du Naufragé» paraîtra très prochainement en France.
