Self-taught, I did not take any courses in the field of art. I have always had an inclination for art but it was especially in the 90s that I became interested in oil painting. My meeting in Paris with Koral Wynn, a renowned and talented American painter, marked the beginning of my attraction to oil painting, as an amateur painter. Until then I had only done a few pencil drawings and a few watercolors. I am therefore not a painter by profession and for a long time. Living in London, it was then that the idea of ​​making a career out of it grew in me. I saw in the windows of art galleries but also in museums, splendid works and I told myself that maybe I could do the same. The year 2016 marks the beginning of my work in the field of art. It is therefore after more than 20 years without having touched a brush that I begin to paint. However, it is with great difficulty that I embark on this adventure. Having my mind elsewhere, due to the death of my partner in July 2016, it is difficult for me to stay focused and therefore I also experience long periods without touching a brush. My artistic world is that of dreams, of beauty but also that of fairies and therefore of the imagination, even if I produce completely realistic works. For me to paint is to enter a world in which I can see everything and do everything, in peace, it's a magnificent world where harmony reigns and that's where I wish you take away.
