Natalia Mitrofanova, a maritime artist, was born in 1990 in the charming town of Zaraysk, Moscow Oblast, and has found her inspiring haven in Russia's cultural capital, St. Petersburg, throughout her life. Her journey into the world of art began in her youth when she embarked on the path of artistic development, studying the fundamentals of painting at a local art school.
However, Natalia truly discovered her profound understanding and love for art during her studies at the St. Petersburg State University of Service and Economics, where she majored in tourism. Alongside her studies, she steadfastly nurtured her artistic abilities, applying them to depict the unique beauty and distinctiveness of the surrounding world.
Natalia relentlessly pursued excellence, and this pursuit found expression in her participation in prestigious art exhibitions. In 2021, her works were first showcased in a group exhibition at the W&P Gallery in Moscow, marking a significant milestone in her creative career. In 2022, at a higher level of recognition, her creations adorned the group exhibition "Creative Environments" at the esteemed New Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow.
