But when I had to flee the war across Ukraine with my two children, many events took place that strengthened my faith in people. Complete strangers helped us find housing, bought us train tickets and helped us in every possible way.
This picture in its deepest essence is about unity, mutual assistance and support. But this is not immediately noticeable. The first impression of the picture is repulsive. Because war cannot be attractive.
The first glance at the picture shows us something animal, physiological and unpleasant. And only then we notice the hands that pick up each other.
Thus, everything heavy and negative about the war, which I tried to hide deeper, nevertheless broke out.
It's like severed limbs in the ground at the site of the explosion. Limbs that nevertheless hold on to each other and support each other.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a creative person. Since childhood, I have been drawing something all the time, writing fairy tales and poems, cutting, gluing and inventing.
However, I never perceived creativity as my possible profession.
Therefore, I received a higher education in the field of sociology: social processes and patterns, as well as social psychology, have always interested me.
I am satisfied with my education - it laid a solid foundation and conceptual basis for my future work.
I came to serious creativity after the birth of my daughters, in 2015. I decided to study drawing and illustration online, took several courses in academic drawing and illustration from famous masters.
I took small orders to illustrate book covers, children's poems, etc.
Another passion of mine is animals. Since 2020, I have been painting watercolor portraits of pets to order.
However, the soul requires conceptual self-expression. In 2019, Eastern spiritual practices, yoga and meditation appeared in my life. Since then, I have been trying to put my vision of the unity of all things into each of my paintings.
The war in my native country, Ukraine, became a turning point not only in my life, but also in my work. My family and I had to leave our home and seek asylum in Germany. And at the same time, the war showed us all that we need to live in the moment. Because the next moment may simply not be ... When to live, if not now? Since then, my paintings have become bolder, brighter, and the brush stroke - wider. I came to abstract painting.
I am also the author of poems in Russian and Ukrainian, I write fairy tales.
In my work, I raise the eternal themes of spirituality, love for all living things and unity.
