Sculpture A boy with balloon Big
(Casting bronze) Boy with blue balloon, sculpture preceding "The girl and the balloon", from the Gráffiti collection.
Miguel Guía proposes with this sculpture to imitate the silhouette of a child style "Gráffiti", like a drawing on a wall. In this work stands out, a bright metallic blue nickel globe in the shape of a heart.
The artist tries to bring the Street art style that Banksy manages to transmit, to a three-dimensional representation, as we could see in Banksy’s work "Girl with Balloon". The Madrid artist inspired by his previous work "The girl and the balloon", adds the metallic blue effect in the balloon, characteristic in numerous Pop Art works, proposing this fusion of styles, through sculpture.
This sculpture manages to place us in a universe of urban art, emerging in the street, which always seeks to surprise and denounce current and universal issues through street art.
