“I am blinded. My vision drowned in a haze of pink syrup. Above me, paper birds circle endlessly, weightless and unreal. I see nothing, I understand nothing—yet within me, something blooms, vivid and unseen.
I am frozen, still as a doll, my body shaped from the most delicate porcelain. One touch, and I will shatter. The shards of me will scatter into the air, fragile fragments lost to the wind. In that instant, I will vanish completely, leaving nothing behind."

Hello, I’m Marina Gorelikova—a former Brand Director who left a prestigious position to return to my creative roots and express myself through painting.
I am half Ukrainian and half Georgian. I grew up across three countries: Ukraine, Georgia, and Russia. I believe this rich blend of cultures shaped my deep love for travel and forged an intriguing mix of resilience and sensitivity within me.
I’ve been passionate about drawing since childhood. Without formal art education, I chose to preserve my sense of freedom and approach my craft in a way that felt authentic to me. For the same reason, I decided not to pursue art professionally. Instead, I followed a career path in creative management, which felt more natural to my personality as a way of making a living.
I traveled extensively to learn to broaden my horizons and immerse myself in diverse experiences. As a Brand Director, I worked diligently to build my career and live life to the fullest.
One of my lifelong dreams was to live by the ocean and surf. A few years ago, I fulfilled that dream and moved to the enchanting island of Bali.
At the beginning of this year, I felt an irresistible urge to take a break from my career and dedicate my time solely to art and sports.
My works are deeply personal reflections, encrypted in naive depictions of feminine forms. I hope you’ll find joy in my acrylic narratives. Let me know if you’d like further adjustments!
