I have always had a strong taste for drawing. Self-taught, challenged by the result of using a stick of chalk such as sanguine, black chalk, or graphite, techniques that were taught to me by a woman, drawing teacher, I also wanted to tame dry pastels and watercolors for the effect of color combinations. The pastel then appeared to me as a real revelation. The way to use it is endless as it is soft, tender, malleable, surprising me with new effects and incomparable renderings. The taste for detail animates most of my works. This perfectionism guides me so that each of them is impregnated with my sensitivity.
Member of the G.I.A.L. (Groupement International des Artistes Lyonnais) for 10 years, this association allowed me to promote pastel during exhibitions in Lyon but also abroad. Thanks to the "Horizon Pastel" Association, I devote myself to this generous and soothing passion. I lead pastel initiation workshops and I share my passion.
