Fui me habituando. Consegui abstrair-me.
Talvez.
Por agora vivo bem.

One of the things I gathered is the overwhelming human interference in the nature that grows here. . Where I come from nature has complete freedom to form naturally.
The contrast becomes obvious.
When I stood before a garden, it became inevitable To feel almost suffocated. That´s not nature, I thought. Over the past few months, I visited several city gardens and all the fences, buildings, fountains, lamps, banks, in short, everything that was the result of human intervention caused me a visual shock almost instantaneous. Did not match, I thought.
I started to get used to it. I got used to it to the point, that, almost without realizing, my way of seeing and even thinking was altered. Became used to it in such a way that, oddly enough, the outcome was a familiarization and, I even to dare say, a connection between the nature here and me. I was able to ignore it. I focused solely on the light, on the colour speckles, the lines, the sensations. From that point on, all I did were representations of natural places from here.
I do not hate them. I like mine better, I will not deny, but who does not like most what is rightfully theirs?
And maybe when I return from home and visit once more these places, the shock and the feeling of suffocation will surface
again.. Perhaps it’s a vicious cycle.
Perhaps.
For now I live well.
