The sources of Marc Haumont's inspirations are multiple. It all starts with an idea, a quote, a feeling, indignation or wonder. For example, Montaigne's phrase 'There is no reply so piquant as silent contempt'. gave birth to the painting "Le Mépris" which represents a gorilla and a young girl sitting back to back. Today he is inspired by street art, comics, pop-art... and likes to freely surf all trends.
