La imagen refleja a un San Blas con rostro juvenil y sereno portando en su mano izquierda el Báculo de Obispo y en su mano derecha el rastrillo instrumento de su martirio. Decorado con pan de oro y pintura de estofa ( delicada decoración realizada a base de yema de huevo y pigmentos ) los galones terminados con rosas.
