Luis Miguel Aparisi is a contemporary Spanish artist born in Valencia, Spain. He studied at the School of Applied Arts and Artistic Crafts of Madrid, the Faculty of Fine Arts, the School of Architecture, and the Circle of Fine Arts. Aparisi has traveled extensively, particularly across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he has participated in numerous individual and collective exhibitions. He won the prestigious Gianfranco Merli Award in Italy, which allowed him to stay in cities such as Milan, Venice, Padova, Rome, and Capri. Throughout his career, Aparisi has exhibited his work in Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and the United States, gaining recognition for his artistic contributions.
In addition to his exhibition history, Aparisi worked as an official copyist for over 14 years at the Prado Museum in Madrid. His works have been selected for the Venice and Florence Biennials, further solidifying his place in the international art scene. Currently, Aparisi creates his art in his studio, located in a rustic area of Alicante, Spain, surrounded by nature that continuously serves as a source of inspiration for his work.
