In any case, the populist leader who disappointed me most of all is undoubtedly Putin, who did not make controversial statements in relation to coronavirus, but, in the midst of the pandemic, he announced with emphasis the success of the launch of the new hypersonic missile "Zircon", which can reach and exceed eight times the speed of sound (Mach 8), consequently cannot be intercepted by modern anti-missile systems. For Putin it seems that at this moment the emergency is not the health one, but the military one: the primary objective is to penetrate any defensive system, even with a nuclear device if necessary.
