Naar aanleiding van het toenemende gebruik van jeugdige op het sociale web heb ik een reeks schilderijen gemaakt met het thema sociale web.
In een oud schoolgebouw zijn kinderen door mij op foto vastgesteld en vandaar uit ben ik gestart met schilderen. De dikke witte lijnen op het doek benadrukt hierbij het wegvloeien van allerlei informatie en tonen de persoon op doek in afzondering van de wereld om hem heen.
