Galería Art-Works ha sido nombrada recientemente miembro de ISA “INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF ARTIST” gracias a su interés tanto por promover y difundir el arte como por su apoyo a artistas de todo el mundo. Galería Art-Works es única en España distinguida como mimbro de dicha sociedad.


Fundada en Octubre del año 2005 en Barcelona. Con un enfoque cien por ciento a promover el arte en toda la comunidad, su fundador tiene la visión de hacer llegar el arte a toda la gente que gusta de este, en Galería Art-Works es posible obtener obras originales a precio asequibles para el publico en general estimulando así el arte tanto entre coleccionistas como en aquellas personas que inician su intromisión en este fascinante mundo.


La Galería pone en contacto directo artistas internacionales con el público, mismo que puede preguntar sobre las diversas obras e incluso discutirlas con el artista quien a su vez promueve directamente su obra.


Galería Art-Works promueve y ofrece a los amantes del arte la oportunidad de ver reunidas obras tanto de artistas de renombre a nivel internacional como de nuevos talentos artísticos de todo el mundo exponiendo sus obras de forma permanente, de esta manera los nuevos talentos pueden ser reconocidos al exponer en la misma plataforma con artistas de renombre y, el publico tiene una gama diversa de arte moderno y contemporáneo.

The number of applicants and entries for Nikon Photo Contest International 2006-2007 increased by 50 percent compared to the last event. The total number of applicants for the 2006-2007 contest was about 47,000. This indicates Nikon Photo Contest International’s worldwide visibility by the many photo lovers and aspiring professional photographers. We’ve received various works including documentary style photos reflecting society and artistic photos extending sentiment and personal sense.

It would be too easy to see the hurt or the joy in the rider of one of Tamas Lansbergen’s painted horses. It would be too easy to be excited by the smell of the pigment ground into earth collected from his home. Tamas is not so easy. Born a European he has settled on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza; the island of dance and love. But again this is too easy, because in reality Ibiza is uncompromising in its acceptance or dismissal of its visitors, with an irresistible energy for those that can survive it. Tamas, like Ibiza, dares you.

Whether it is the combination of colour pigments ground into the soil or an enthusiasm for manipulating a photograph to create an intimate depth to a portrait, he is always keen to surprise. At first glance his figurative work plays to your assumptions leading you down safe and well trodden paths, but if you accept his challenge and dare to linger, you will start to feel a little uncomfortable, a bit confused. This is what he wants.

It is always risky to enter someone else’s dreams and Tamas’s are no exception. Look at the elegance and power of one of his horses and then feel the layers of anger, humiliation and love. It is possible to share his passion for natural colour and light but impossible to indulge equally in his sometimes cruel manipulation of that nature.

Tamas grew up with horses, has been celebrated as a painter and photographer, and his work can be found in private and corporate collections in different parts of the world.

What you see today is part of his journey through different media and life, and it’s his chance to share a little of that challenge with you.
