Katy Zinger is a Russian designer of creative looks or wearable art. In she’s works, she uses not only a variety of materials, but also the appearance of a person, turning the model into a character from an alternative reality. Katy was born into a family of esoteric physicists in Uzbekistan. Dad often talked about other worlds, about the multidimensionality of the universe and about traveling through meditation. The difficult political situation split the family, took away childhood, and forced Katy to move first to Russia and then to Portugal.It is obvious that the designer's childhood and his father's love for science fiction and quantum physics influenced the overall style of the works.
