Gravity is a rule of nature. Katsiaryna Sumarava has own rules of the gravity into her paintings.
Katsiaryna: “I transforming my interpretation of nature into a more daring conceptual composition of my impressions of nature transformed into a world of well selected colors in different layers...what I am painting is not a realistic reproduction of nature but a emotionalized version of what I see with the trained eye of an artist, but influenced by feelings, emotions, memories, dreams and sublimated by an art-based intellect. The main hero in my painting is landscape, but my landscape loses geographical traits and become an embodiment of the harmony of Mother Nature … and on the other hand expresses the psychological, mental mood.”

Katsiaryna Sumarava partecipated in 5th and 6th Beijing Internationagl Art Biennale, National Art Museum of China, China. (2012, 2015)
Born on April 22, 1979 in Minsk, Belarus
1998-2004 student at Belarusian State Academy of Arts, Minsk Belarus.
2005 “Free research” at the Academy of Arts, Carrara, Italy.
Since 2007 - a member of the Union of Belarus.
