Welcome to Julius Jokubonis painting exposition in the Center of Europe. Exposition will be opened till September 14, 2009.

How to arrive:

The European geographic centre is situated in Vilnius region, 26 km from Vilnius, following the direction of Moletai, near Purnuskiu village, mound Bernotai. Contact phone: 8 601 97198, e-mail: .

Tourism information centre of the European geographic centre is open 7 days per week 9.00-18.00. The objects in the European geographic centre that are in the open air can be visited at any time of a day. Entrance is free of charge.

Permanent Exposition:

The European geographic centre is decorated with the memorial composition created by the sculptor Gediminas Jokubonis in commemoration of the integration of Lithuania into the EU. The composition is comprised of white granite pillar, the top of which is surrounded by the star crown, i.e. the symbol of the EU.
