My job, an art historian, allows me to encounter works and monuments of all styles.

My eyes have been sharpened through the conferences and guided tours that I have organized in museums, exhibitions, in front of architecture and landscapes.......

In 1990, by happy coincidence, I discovered watercolor..... a click, a real pleasure, playing with water and pigments. Since then, my brushes have never left me.

This passion for art allowed me to teach painting and drawing; during classes and internships I combine art history comments on different subjects.

I produce numerous sketches and paintings from life in the open air, in cities, in museums, and I like to capture a mood, a rhythm, an atmosphere, a warmth.....

With a creativity constantly developing, a sensitivity for light and colors, a technique to perfect and to adapt to the service of the subject, I wish to transmit the instinct, the intuition, "the little thing" which guides me when I paint.
