Artiste peintre français d'origine hongroise installé en atelier à Saint-Tropez depuis 1968, se consacre entièrement à ses peintures au couteau, dessins à l'encre de Chine et albums humoristiques à grand succès "tous seins de Hor" ,"tennis de Hor"etc…
Vers la fin des années quatre vingt, Ivan Hor réalise ses premières œuvres tridimensionnelles, s'inspirant de la mer et de la vie au soleil. Dès lors, il devient le plus grand armateur avec environ 65 000 bateaux de toutes tailles, toutes couleurs mais en papier .
Ses collages s'éparpillent aujourd'hui dans le monde entier. Il recense depuis treize ans environ 9500 collectionneurs, qui possèdent à chaque fois une œuvre unique et originale.
L'atelier est ouvert au plus grand publique , et il est fier de recevoir tous les professeurs des écoles en vacances à Saint-Tropez dans son atelier 20 rue des Remparts.
L'hiver, c'est son atelier qui se déplace de pays en pays, et de ville en ville (en 1998 exposition à la Royal street Gallery, en décembre 2002 il était invité pour une exposition à Milan , et 2003-2004 se sera Paris et New York en bateaux!…)
