Ikton Inessa Borisovna. Born March 14, 1969 in Russia, Chelyabinsk. Education: higher (not artistic). Permanent place of residence: Kazakhstan, Almaty. Started drawing in 2019. It all started with a dream in the arms of Morpheus: “I had a dream where an old artist handed me a canvas and brushes. He took my hand and showed me a picture of two men playing cards. Painting by Paul Cezanne "The Players". “All life is a game!” I thought in the morning, and bought myself oil paints, brushes and canvases. Trusting my intuition and the sign of fate, I began to study the properties of paints, composition and other intricacies of painting. At the same time, in September 2021. I took 2 courses based on the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov: 1 course - “Falsification in the world of art” 2 course - “Collecting and collections” The courses gave me an idea of the modern art market. Today, I can say that I am an artist, self-taught. I paint pictures all my free time.
My works are in private collections - France, Germany, Israel, Russia and Kazakhstan. The debut personal show took place in April 2023 in the halls of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan
