I was born in the town of Ladyzhyn (Ukraine) in 1985. I am a geodesist by training. But for 5 years I have been doing full-time artistic practice. I am an artist in the third generation.

I worked in the field of commercial illustration, drawing to order. Now my main medium is painting.

I like to show the visual beauty of simple daily things. If people noticed more beauty which surrounds them, they would be happier and more satisfied with life, despite different circumstances. My imperative as an artist is attract the visitor's attention to that is nearby, to life "here and now".

The subjects of my image are able to be either fruits, dishes on the table or things such as shoes and household items.

I get special inspiration from nature, the beauty of summer flowers and birds. Such scenes imbue the paintings with warmth and kindness, and this mood is transferred to the interior.

Especially I love portraits. Most often I paint my son. Also, when I'm painting the faces of other people, I like observing how a portrait of a person can convey his state of mind, character and that his eyes say. I want to impart these emotions to the viewer.

I like to experiment with different materials, in particular with acrylic, gouache, oil. Watercolor is my main medium.

In watercolor, I like how paint interacts with water, gradients, transitions, stripes. Watercolor is a living paint and I like to leave it here and there to fill the space. A picture that cannot be repeated a second time, which makes it unique, one of a kind, does not leave the viewer indifferent.

I am a regular participant of local exhibitions.

Now my portraits and paintings are in private collections in Ukraine and USA.
