It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Dr. Herbert Wiedergut, auch bekannt als [herb-art], wurde 1949 in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Österreich, geboren. Er war viele Jahre sowohl als Arzt als auch als Künstler im In- und Ausland tätig. Seine Liebe zur Ölmalerei begann im Alter von 15 Jahren während des Besuchs des Gymnasiums in Tanzenberg bei Prof. Hetzendorfer. Bereits damals hatte er seine 1. Teilnahme bei einer Gruppenausstellung in seiner Heimatstadt. Daraufhin folgten die ersten Verkäufe und Auftragsarbeiten. Trotz seines Medizinstudiums und seiner Tätigkeit als Arzt hat ihn seine Leidenschaft für die Malerei immer begleitet. Seit 1996 widmet sich [herb-art] verstärkt der Malerei in Ländern wie Deutschland, Kanada, Österreich, Südafrika und der Türkei. Sein künstlerischer Werdegang wurde in zahlreichen internationalen Ausstellungen gezeigt. 2022 hat er seine medizinische Tätigkeit als Arzt beendet und widmet sich nun wieder ganz seinem künstlerischem Werdegang.
