L'Angelot est bien de notre temps puisque masqué, geste barrière, subterfuge de pudeur, les Anges, c'est connu, n'ont pas de sexe. Ses flèches, dont est garni son carquois, sont des pinceaux. Bien qu'étant au premier plan, mon Angelot est petit, et la mort éloignée est grande ; c'est le combat de David contre Goliath. Côté jardin (à gauche de la scène) deux panneaux de décor indiquent le printemps succédant à l'hiver. L'ensemble entouré de rideaux et des feux de la rampe s'affirme comme un spectacle, parabole utopique de mon optimisme fervent. L'Art vaincra la Mort.
