Grizly Wats is a contemporary Belgian artist. His artistic endeavors started in 2022 when he developed an interest in design and abstract sculpting. In order to give an unexpected simplicity to art through design, he was inspired to create projects that bring thoughts and simplicity to life in large-scale 3D sculptures. The artist’s most recent abstract wooden collection is inspired by spiritualism and Mother Earth. Traditional woodworking techniques are used to create the sculptures, some of which are stained and lacquered.
