Gareth P Jones is a digital artist and photographer who photographs the world with all its wonders and creations, big and small, that simply make him stop, look, think, smile, or feel, and then he puts his take on it. His goal is that his images give that gift - a moment to look, think, smile or feel.
Addressing particularly the themes of fantasy, fractals, and abstracts, his work is distinguished by new and visionary lighting.

Furthermore, my images have been selected for digital publication in 3 successive PhotoEd Magazine issues, Land, Water and Food. In June, I will be making that 4 successive digital publications as my images will be listed in the PhotoEd Magazine Light issue.

Cedar Ridge Creative Centre, Confederation Drive, Scarborough, Toronto, ON, Canada
My images have won a gallery show through the City of Toronto's Contemporary Exhibits 2024 competition.
I will have 17 images showing at the Cedar Ridge Gallery - one of the City of Toronto's art galleries and they will include a gold medal winner from the 125th International Salon of Photography competition; an image from the 27th Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival of Toronto; other wining images from competitions in Canada, New Mexico, New York and Arizona.
The reception is scheduled for April 7th @ 1pm - I hope to see/meet you there.

My image - Ottawa Street Lights - won Best Photograph in the Architecture Category of the prestigious "Black and White Photo Awards 2023" in León, Spain.
Whilst 2022 continued to be a struggle for most of the World, I continued to make art and push my creations out into the World.
I had some wonderful successes in the second half of the Year, following a successful beginning.
In Oct. my image Building Blocks was selected for a 4-month long exhibit at Vibrant Marketing in Toronto.
October also saw my image Cranial Interconnections from the Inside win 1st Place in the 6th Annual Patterns, Textures & Forms Art Exhibition, Photography and Digital Category at the Light Space and Time Online Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In the same Exhibition, my image Radiant received a Special Merit Award.
My very successful image Cyclone World was selected for the 8th International Phone-ography Exhibition hosted by the FotoFoto Gallery in New York.
And to close out the year in December, my image When Fall Explodes into Colour was selected as the Camelback Gallery’s Juror’s Choice of the Week for their online webpage. Camelback Gallery is in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Whilst Cyclone World, Building Blocks and When Fall Explodes into Colours are already available on Artmajeur, I will be adding Cranial Interconnections from the Inside and Radiant in the near future.
