Qui est le dieu Osiris ?
Osiris (du grec ancien : Ὄσιρις / Ósiris) est un dieu du panthéon égyptien et un roi mythique de l'Égypte antique. Inventeur de l'agriculture et de la religion, son règne est bienfaisant et civilisateur. Il meurt noyé dans le Nil, assassiné dans un complot organisé par Seth, son frère cadet.
Osiris a été reconnu comme le dieu de la fertilité, de l'agriculture et de la résurrection à cette période. Avec l'espoir d'une nouvelle vie après la mort, Osiris a commencé à être associé aux cycles de la nature, y compris l'inondation du Nil et le début d'une nouvelle récolte.
