Pintura Pastel

O pastel é um instrumento muito utilizado nas artes plásticas. Em forma de bastão de plástico colorido, é composto por pigmentos, um enchimento (giz ou gesso) e um aglutinante (goma arábica, óleo, cera). Nós distinguimos principalmente pastéis graxos (óleo ou cera), pastéis secos, sejam macios ou duros. Inventada na Europa no final do século XV, esta ferramenta foi muito rapidamente utilizada por grandes retratistas da realeza francesa, como Charles Le Brun, Rosalba Carriera, Jean Siméon Chardin ou Maurice Quentin de La Tour, que serão considerados " Príncipe dos pastores ", graças a um método de fixação do qual só ele conhecia o segredo.

Pastel

Desenho feito com um bastão colorido. Consiste em pigmentos, uma carga e um aglutinante. É feita uma distinção entre pastéis secos (macios ou duros) e pastéis gordurosos (óleo ou cera).

Acrílico

Pintar com pigmentos tradicionais misturados com resinas sintéticas.

Surrealismo

Fundada em 1923 pelo escritor André Breton, reunirá muitos artistas como Salvador Dali (1904-1989), Max Ernst, René Magritte (1898-1967), Victor Brauner (1903-1966). Influenciados pela psicanálise, eles veem a vida psíquica como um novo campo para renovar as artes. Eles desenvolverão novas maneiras de criar e usar novos materiais.
