I was born in Switzerland, where I lived until 1992. Since then I have lived mostly in Brazil, where I work as a teacher, translator and art therapist, as well as offering courses. Since 2019, I have been living in a house in the mountains, surrounded by a garden and forests. The colors of this environment awaken the color in me.  For me, art is a creative process that also activates healing forces within us. Art brings us into contact with ourselves, with nature and with the elements in their various manifestations.  Through my work as an art therapist, I would like to make this power accessible and awaken it in other people.  The works of various artists are important to me, especially Rembrandt, Constable, Turner, Chagall, Monet, Cezanne, Ninette Sombart, Liane Collot d'Herbois and Margarethe Hauska, among others. I love Romanesque and Gothic art and architecture. An important aspect of my work is the dream world of fairy tales.
