"My work arises from the great need to create. The need to record a moment, a situation, an event... that touched my soul" Żaneta Trzyna
Diploma at the Faculty of Art of the University of Rzeszów in 2003, majoring in graphics and painting . He lives and works in Poland and France. He practices graphics, painting, sculpture, photography, interior design and posters. In the latter field, she won the medal of the rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice in 2003. for the poster for the play "Wesele" by Stanisław Wyspiański. Her works are in the collections of the Poster Museum in Wilanów and in the collections of private collectors in the USA, Asia and Europe. She creates colorful graphics using a difficult intaglio printing technique, which allows her to express herself, her perception of the universe also allowed her to get closer to expression in graphics, as visible as in her painting.
Żaneta Trzyna is an incredible perfectionist, it's hard is to help her...
The only argument is creativity, she knows it perfectly, it is what keeps her alive. She creates like a conductor, she has the gift of extracting the purest sounds from everything.
For her, creating is as natural as breathing.
"My advantage is my eye, an extraordinary eye, an excellent eye, an eye with magical insight... and the creativity that accompanies me all the time, there is too much going on in my head... it is the energy that makes me that I am myself. For me, one plus one always equals THREE " Żaneta Trzyna
These are extraordinary and unique works, recognizable at first glance. The artist easily crosses the delicate border between the real world and abstraction.
He does not follow others, does not imitate anyone, uses innovative methods, goes his own way.
"My goal is to create, not to recreate. And the road is a journey in which I am an adventure for myself - WITHOUT END!" Żanka Trzyna
The artist's works feature fantastic, grimacing faces. The head shown in profile has the second eye placed as in the face shown en face. In a dark interior, a beam of light falling from an unknown source models the contours of objects that seem unreal. These elements of the visible world dissolve in a fantastic, abstract scenery. It is governed by its own laws, far from those that govern visible reality. The artist transcends the two-dimensional plane of composition, creating an almost baroque illusion of space, modeled with shafts of light. There is constant movement in this space: from above, down or into the composition. Abstract elements illuminated by light begin to spin like falling stars or comets. The artist often changes the finished work: in the next print she shows a new color version or turns the composition upside down. In this way, a new reality is created: a microcosm brought to life by the imagination.
