. Born in 1963 in Valognes, a small city of Cotentin in the south of Cherbourg, impassioned by Art (all of Arts, those of all the Senses: visual, sound, gustatory, etc…) since her youth. Today, she works and lives in the house where she grew, frequents several studios of drawing and painting (School of Beaux-Arts of Cherbourg). She practises oil on canvas painting, her subject matter of predilection, with much of enthusiasm.
Pupil of Christoff Debusschère since June 2005.
Living in Cotentin, it is quite naturally that she likes to transcribe of it the subtle luminosity in her landscapes and so various atmospheres . In the listening of nature, she prefers to paint on the motif to grasp of them sharp lights and movements (then it is always a moment of pleasure and peace).
She likes to work, at the tip of her brushes, contrasts of the shades and lights in order to convey the atmosphere of the selected places. Whether she paints outside, or in studio for a portrait, a nude, or a still life, she sees nothing any more but nuances, colors, forms and contrasts. Painting changed her sight. Working according to the mood and inspiration of the moment, but always with passion, it became a freedom, Her Freedom.
