And yet, nothing predestined him for an artistic career, he who was born September 30, 1968. Coming from a large family of learned Peuhl marabouts. Namesake, and great-grandson of Thierno Bokar the wise man of Bandiagara whose teaching remains in French-speaking literature through the writings of Amadou Hampâté Bâ, Thierno DIALLO first survived a Koranic teaching and that is only At the age of 10, he joined the Republic School. His talent as a calligrapher and draughtsman meant that his teachers used him to draw maps and scientific sketches on the board.
