Этот образ – считается самым ранним из чтимых и чудотворных икон Божией Матери в Русской Православной Церкви.

Владимирская икона Божией Матери – считается покровительнице государства и семьи.

По благочестивому преданию, первообраз Божией Матери Владимирской был написан евангелистом Лукой на доске от стола, за которым трапезничало Святое Семейство: Спаситель с Пречистой Матерью и праведным Иосифом Обручником.

Божия Матерь, увидев этот образ, произнесла: «Отныне ублажат Мя вси роди.

Благодать Рождшегося от Меня и Моя с сим образом да будет!».

Икона Владимирской Божией Матери относится к типу Умиление, известной также под греческим названием - Елеуса.

Это наиболее лиричный из всех типов иконографии Богородицы, открывающий человеческую и душевную сторону общения Девы Марии со Своим Сыном. Образ Божией Матери, прижимающей Младенца, его глубокая человечность оказались особенно близки православному человеку.

В этой трогательной композиции, помимо прямого смысла, заключена глубокая богословская идея: Богородица, держащая Сына, предстает как символ души, находящейся в близком общении с Богом.

Среди православных икон, Владимирскую Богоматерь выделяет глубокое проникновение в область человеческой души, ее скрытых тайных страданий.

Иконописные работы, представленные на моей странице, выполнены в русском и византийском каноническом стиле.
Евангельская простота без лишнего украшательства – основная стилистика предложенных работ.
В любом случае, икона - это всегда святыня, в какой бы живописной манере она ни была бы выполнена.
Главное в работе над образом - это степень ответственности иконописца за свою работу перед тем, кого он изображает.

Многие иконы переданы в дар храмам, школам, больницам, детским домам, молельным комнатам войсковых подразделений.

Любая икона - будь то храмовая, мерная, семейная, венчальная – это не только украшение интерьера, это, прежде всего, живописное изображение святого, которое призвано располагать верующего к молитве.
Икона - особенный духовный подарок для себя и близкого человека.

Круг моих интересов не ограничен только иконописью. Графика, живопись, скульптура малых форм - наполняют творчество воздухом, свежими идеями и новизной, не позволяя пребывать в замкнутом пространстве.
