The cushion that welcomes it is in black Belgian marble, it represents the transience of the human spirit contaminated by earthly impulses and deviations. The angel, his ethereal gaze transmits an infinite sweetness, is at the same time an adult gaze, intense full of emotional pathos, is made exclusively of marble and semi-precious stones, the eyes in White Carrara marble and blue Quartz. The work leaves you breathless when it is revealed, linked to the philosophy of the artist, which gives value to the absence of matter, the angel in an ongoing process heats the anatomical forms through a light that expands from within, the spirit ; the only great value and essence of the cosmos, a transformation of the inner self. The sculpture is a true masterpiece, made entirely by hand by the artist in almost a year of work, he has taken care of every single detail, the most delicate elements have been created inside the water, bringing the material up to its maximum limit. The subtle illumination of the shapes is achieved thanks to a complete internal and external 'sculpting' and an invisible lighting system. The work is therefore technically composed of a marble “skin” that allows a unique, delicate and light translucency, like a feather, a symbol so dear to the artist.
