I am born and live in the city of Santos in the State of São Paulo - Brazil. I'm self-taught, I only did one year of painting because I think I was born knowing how to draw. In the beginning, I only made reproductions of modern and academic paintings. I had already given up painting when I discovered NAIF art and identified with it. I think this type of art is spontaneous and free, the artist is not tied to the dictates of fads and academics.
