He was born in 1950. He is a retired Colonel. He has begun painting in Ankara, in 1999. He joined painting courses at the Painting Sculpture Museum, Atatürk Culture Center, Gür Dalkıran,Yaşar Çallı and Teymur Ağalıoğlu workshops. He has still been continuing his works at his own workshop in Ankara.
He participated first Cappadocia Military and Academic Painters Workshop and first Ankara Journalist Association Workshop.
He has held six solo exhibitions at Bilkent Art Street in 2009 (Ankara), TBMM Mustafa Necati Culture Home in 2012 (Ankara) , RAMADA İstanbul Asia Hotel in 2014 (İstanbul), Vakıf Eserleri Museum in 2015 (Ankara) and Vakıfbank Art Gallery in 2016 (Ankara), Ankara National Art Gallery Hasan Rıza Art Hall in 2017 (Ankara) and he has also joined 133 group exhibitions at home and abroad.
He has six awards at different art contests.
