Sombre missive, message d’apocalypse.

Philippe Loze is an artist practicing digital art and photography. His work highlights color in all its forms, from figurative to abstract. Being naturally contemplative, photography is one of the few fields where this is "perhaps" an advantage. His desire for images stems from two worlds he knows well, horses and the seaside.
Addressing particularly the themes of the sea, loneliness and abstraction, his work is distinguished by a new light. He makes photo creation integrating both contemplation and movement, intentionally playing with light, shapes and colors.
Philippe Loze lives and works in Cérences in Normandy (France). Native to southwestern France. He embarked on a sailboat in the 1980s, and came back with a passion for sailing and the sea. Dropped off at Cap de la Hague (pointe du Cotentin, France) one fine day in 1990 by the French Navy, he spent 18 months watching and contemplating the coastline. He will spend 20 years in maritime transport, then skipper, breeder of sports horses, and therapist...
