Paolo Guido was born in Lecce in 1971, he studied and worked as an editorial illustrator before dedicating himself as a self-taught artist to his career. His Flemish and surreal style reveals a sense of devotion to the art of the past that is integrated with the choice of subjects and compositional solutions of undoubted modernity.
His works have been exhibited in the solo shows “Would you be my Miracle” and “13 Fortune” ('Dorothy Circus Gallery', Rome). Paolo Guido’s paintings, noticed by many important international galleries, has been exhibited in the museum “Casa del Conte Verde di Rivoli” Torino, in 2012, during the second edition of the “Pop Surrealism” and in various group shows including 'Kingdom Animalia Show' (Anaheim Hills, California).

Paolo Guido nasce a Lecce nel 1971, ha studiato e lavorato come grafico e illustratore editoriale prima di dedicarsi da autodidatta alla sua carriera di artista. Le sue opere sono state esposte nelle mostre personali “Would you be my Miracle” e “13 Fortune” ('Dorothy Circus Gallery', Roma).
Il suo stile fiammingo e surreale rivela un senso di devozione per l’arte del passato che si integra con la scelta di soggetti e soluzioni compositive di indubbia modernità. Le sue opere pittoriche oltre ad attirare l’attenzione delle più prestigiose gallerie internazionali della scena New Pop e New Surrealism, sono state esposte presso il ‘Museo casa del Conte Verde di Rivoli’, durante la seconda edizione della mostra “Pop Surrealism e in diverse collettive tra cui ‘Kingdom Animalia Show’ (Anaheim Hills, California).
