"Dessine moi un mouton..." répète le petit Prince à l'adresse de l'aviateur occupé à réparer le moteur de son avion.
Chaque enfant qui écoute cette histoire comprend immédiatement que ce qui importe au petit Prince, c'est que l'aviateur dessine " l' âme du mouton" et pas seulement les contours d'un mouton creux et sans vie.
" L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux..." ; c'est grâce à cet essentiel que le petit Prince peut imaginer son mouton, son caractère, ses humeurs, et qu'il parvient à le faire vivre par la pensée.
C'est ainsi il me semble, que je parlerais aux enfants de la peinture de Thierry Lambert.
Le monde dessiné par Thierry Lambert est invisible pour les yeux, c'est le monde des esprits, des fantômes, des âmes, des essences et des impressions diffuses qui habitent les choses et les êtres.
On parle ici d'un savoir ancestral, d'un décryptage du monde au delà de ses apparences, dans des régions ou l'esprit des sorciers croise souvent celui des poètes.
"Le masque des saveurs" ne correspond à aucune réalité palpable, pas plus que " le masque du rêve cerise" ou que " le totem du monde en marche".
En travaillant, aujourd'hui, dans l'anti-chambre du monde réel, Thierry Lambert se heurte violemment à sa propre culture, à l'incompréhension de la société occidentale qui a oeuvrée pendant des siècles pour anéantir, au nom de la civilisation des peuples, toutes le formes " d'obscurantisme".
Dans le milieu du XXème siècle, André Malraux annonçait de manière prémonitoire :
" Le XXI ème siècle sera spirituel où ne sera pas..."
La spiritualité ne peut s'envisager dans un monde qui ne reconnait que l'apparence des choses.
Espérons que Thierry Lambert soit juste un messager annoçant l'aube du monde rêvé par Malraux.
