Born in December 1943, he studied in Scotland at the Academy of Art and the University of the Americas in Mexico.

He has taught art education classes in Scotland, England, Canada and Mexico.
As a professor of art history and Mexican cultures, he has collaborated with large Mexican universities.

Having lived the last 30 years in Mexico, he has extensive knowledge of the art and civilizations of the country.

He has exhibited his works in several countries and his works are in private collections around the world.

Many of his works are based on Mesoamerican culture.
