Bateaux à l'horizon. (Dieppe, France). (2019) Photography by Véronique Lestoquoy (neko92vl)
"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Véronique Lestoquoy (neko92vl) is a female painter and photographer. In 1990, it was her animal period, essentially she painted cats and horses.
Initially realistic, his style evolved into stylized painting. She then wished to progress towards other areas of investigation and another form of expression. She abandoned animal art for photography which she had been introduced to during her childhood.
In 2015, while continuing photography and digital art, she resumed her brushes, for a free figuration style. She then marked this pictorial turning point by changing her name, becoming Neko92vl.
She uses acrylic paint and spray cans, with large areas of color.
At first glance, her work seems light and playful, but she is interested in serious subjects, such as difficult self-knowledge and acceptance of others.
The relationship between humanity and nature also inspires him.
She paints on various supports, classic frames but also on recycled objects, such as limestone bricks. She uses old wooden planks, she makes her own cement slab supports. She does not hesitate to include objects in her paintings, when they seem to add something to her story.
She loves to experiment and she does not want to deny herself any field of creative exploration, artistic creation being for her a tremendous source of freedom.
Véronique Lestoquoy (neko92vl) is a self-taught artist. She lives and works in Sceaux (France). She has participated in numerous exhibitions: Spring Show at the Galerie Art Paris (France) in 1999, Solo exhibition at the Town Hall of Châtillon (France) in 1998…
