Nathalie Bernard, creator of "Couleur Lumière" is an international artist who has sold her works for over 30 years. Holder of a diploma of excellence from the Web Art Academy, she received the silver palm at the Art Toulous'expo exhibition in the figurative painting category. The artist has produced two solo exhibitions, including "magic of the moment". It has been the subject of more than ten articles and interviews in the press.
Each work vibrates a different energy and carries a particular teaching which deeply touches the person who looks at it. Like a mirror, it becomes a tool of connection to oneself and source of knowledge.
This evolutionary part revealed by the work is specific to each person. This is what prompted Nathalie Bernard to create the A.M.E. method, which facilitates access to the informations.
Her dual skill as an artist and master of meditation (she has 27 years of experience) places her as an expert in accompaniment.
Thanks to its program "Discover the work of art that you are", it has already guided many people to find clarity, dynamism, and has allowed them to finally advance in their lives by reconnecting to their deep being, their intuition and their creativity.
She also runs thematic workshops or individual coaching sessions with her A.M.E. method on subjects such as awareness of conscious and physiological nutrition, the inner child and creativity, the sacred feminine, etc.
