The combination of gray and black shades with red is always effective.

Step by step, I studied the tonal gray transitions, traced the lace details.

Using the transparency of the watercolor, I created a multi-layered lace, with different shades of warmth.

This portrait is the personification of the actress Scarlett of softness, sensuality, femininity, sexuality with determination, confidence and strength.

The portrait was made on paper 160g / m, 29.5 cm * 40 cm, 160g / m with watercolors, Kooh-i-Noor HB, B, 2B graphite pencils and Cretacolor carbon oil pencil

My name is Nadezhda, I was born in Samara in 1989.

From early childhood, I had a passion for drawing. From the age of 5, I was happy to study in art circles, then I studied at the Children's Art School, studied individually with various art teachers, then entered Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education, Department of Culture and Art, and graduated in 2012. this began my long search for myself and my style.

I painted in different genres and directions, from digital graphics to oil. But one thing I always knew for sure - most of all I loved and love portraits. I have always been fascinated by people in the broadest sense of the word. I love to study both their external images and internal psychological ones.

Even though I studied the art of drawing professionally and seriously, honed my skills for a long time, I always treated it as a way of relaxation and self-expression, not as an ordinary routine. Because, in my opinion, art, first of all, should always remain alive, honest, emotional, express emotional experiences.

I have been painting for 22 years, created over 1000 paintings

I mix the academic approach with my perception, realistic thin portraits with wide, sharp impressionistic strokes. Sometimes my work is more calm, subtle and academic, and sometimes it is harsh and emotional.

As a child, I was a very shy and modest child, and drawing became the most important outlet for me. It was through it that I began to express myself and learn to interact with the world. This is a unique language through which I express shades of feelings. I express what does not always lend itself to a clear description, what cannot be expressed in words. Some elusive feelings, reflections of memories, something that disappears in bright light, I catch with my fingertips, process it, and send it to the canvas.

My style was formed under the influence of classical realism artists such as I.E. Repin and artists of impressionism and expressionism.

I am currently in the process of creating a new large series of acrylic portraits with metallic gold paint. This is an autobiographical series related to my life stages. I deliberately combine cool dark blue shades with shiny shades of yellow, gold, and bronze.
These pictures express the internal contradictions of the personality, the energy of a person, and his various relationships with the outside world. Sometimes they are harmonious and balanced, but sometimes they are very uneven, chaotic.

I want every person to find a part of themselves in my paintings, to feel their belonging and a feeling of support.
