This painting is from the "Porcelain Miniatures" series, called "Fighting with a wind". I want to convey to the viewer the atmosphere of the moment happening here and now, emotions and feelings arising from the main character of the picture. And it is especially unusual that the heroines of this series will be figurines resembling porcelain figurines of women. The image of a man frozen in a moment, but living through the emotions of his posture. The heroine of the picture falls into a gust of a strong summer wind, which lifts and whirls flower petals in the air and tries to snatch the umbrella from her hands. Blinded by the bright sunlight and breathless by the unexpected elements of the wind, she is trying to tidy up her outfit and preserve the elegance of the image.

The painting is painted with active live strokes, the play and movement of colors is felt in it. The oil medium is displayed by the fluidity of its texture. The plot of the painting moves, changes and adjusts to your mood.

Marina Venediktova, a contemporary Russian painter, embarked on her artistic journey by graduating from an art school in Kazan. In 2007, she made a significant move to St. Petersburg, where she honed her skills through years of practice in private workshops with artists affiliated with the Art Academy of St. Petersburg.

As a complement to her artistic pursuits, Marina pursued a second education, graduating from the Academy of Astrology. This additional dimension to her knowledge included extensive practice in consulting with clients.
