Movses Petrosyan was born in 1967 in Armenia. He graduated from Terlemezyan Fine Arts College in 1982. Since then, he has participated in many group and individual exhibitions. His works are exhibited in many art galleries and form part of personal collections.
Mixing abstraction and impressionism, Petrosyan creates acrylic works on canvas with the intention to transmit a spiritual word through art. His paintings are characterized by complementary color palettes and textures that emerge from the canvas through the use of layering and gestural techniques.
