"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

I was born in 1968, in Mozambique, of Portuguese nationality. The story of my life can be told in paintings, collages, drawings, wire sculptures or carved stones. So I can say that my art work is biographical.
In the late eighties I attended Escola Panamericana de Arte, (São Paulo, Brazil) where I studied Advertising Design and since then I have not stopped studying Art and History.
In the early years, the collage works were the most expressive, and it was in 1991 that I received an invitation to my first art exhibition at Galeria Pavlon in São Paulo. In 1992, already living in Portugal, I developed new forms of expression, and created a technique for making wire sculpture. In 1994 I participated in the Bienal da Festa do Avante and had great success with the presentation of wire sculpture. In 1998 I performed and produced my first solo exhibitions in Portugal, the main ones being:
Exhibition at the Embassy of Brazil in Lisbon,
Municipal Museum of the city of Montijo,
Individual exhibition at Castelo de Leiria, this being the largest, in August 1998 with about 30 thousand visitors, occupying all the closed rooms of the Castle, both had published catalogs.
In 1999 Exhibition at the Museum of Sacred Art in Alcochete.
In 2000 I was invited to make a solo exhibition at the Michel Giacometti Work Museum in Setúbal.
In 2002 I attended classes in stone sculpture at the School of Traditional Stonework at the Monastery of Batalha.
In 2004 I went to Brazil and there I had several individual and collective exhibitions, with my art studio. During this period I also presented my art work in France and Spain.
In 2021 I return to Portugal with my art collection gathered in two containers to start new projects. Thirty years of career in the Plastic Arts that tell my story, a small part is exposed here. I hope you enjoy it.
