I have to admit that I enjoy fractures and layers in images that do not cause the expected discontinuity; also the sharing of colour and texture that implies unity but is actually fractured. Perversity is a useful asset in living things, -they thrive in adversity, and can wither in luxury. With abstracts we can break the visual rules so that presumptions do not serve to discover the narrative, and real looking must begin. Here something concerning a red sun and fractures in space-time are happening. The rest is up to your imagination, so go away and stop bothering me. ;-)

My early fascination was with science, but I was increasingly entranced by literature. My ideal at university would have been to alternate between the two. I chose the breadth of approach available in literature.

Later, the joy of surrendering to the creative genius of the subconscious (in image creation) seduced me. Resistant at first to surrendering control of the process, I came to learn that attempting to override my subconscious designs inevitably led to failure. I embraced surrender, learned how to enter "The (subconscious) Zone", mostly through music.

My works are inspired by Nature, and in my abstract work, by Science Fiction. Much of nature viewed from new perspectives (micro and macro), looks native to both spheres. Meaning resides in symbols.
