"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Hello,
I am Mercedes Lafuente, painter installed in Saint Laurent du Var, near Nice, the name of my virtual gallery is Lafuente Acrylic. In love with graphic arts since always, I was a student at the School of Fine Arts in Grenoble and with the painter Michel Joyard, my universe is between color and movement. In my painting that I think feminine and joyous, I often use glitter and other metallic effects, it brings the brilliance that reflects the world and a certain part of childhood that I apply myself to preserve.
My work is spontaneous, it arises from a thought. I imagine first an emotion, an idea and the colors are posed or more exactly cast in fluid art. Often for the best and the pleasure of the greatest number, I tell stories in color through my paintings. Depending on the weather, events or meetings my inspiration feeds images because I like what moves and changes. Today more "flashy" or in search of a certain mineral illusion, my art is just like the people, in constant evolution. Sometimes more figurative, often more abstract, I like that everyone can see what he wants according to his own interpretation, this is why my paintings are usually signed on the back to allow the buyer a free positioning according to the orientation that will inspire him the most.
